Animal Activism 101
This is the 2nd of our Animal Activism 101 discussions, and this time our theme is Spring Fling!
Come out and get to know your fellow animal activists! If you want to speak up for the animals but don't know where to begin, this event will help. We want to provide a comfortable, friendly environment where you can learn about activism without feeling pressured, and hopefully make some like-minded friends.
Anna and Tori with our local chapter of Anonymous for the Voiceless will be talking about their form of peaceful street activism.
We will also discuss some ways animals are used in the spring, such as rabbits and chicks as Easter presents, and why that isn't a good idea. We'll talk about the egg industry, and provide some vegan-friendly Easter egg and activity suggestions.
Come on in and enjoy some vegan food and beer, in a welcoming community of animal lovers and activists. Get to know local folks who have been speaking up for the voiceless, and learn how you can get involved.
Through the use of local standard-practice footage, Anonymous for the Voiceless exposes the public to what we are intentionally hidden from when it comes to animal exploitation. Combining this with a value-based sales approach and resource literature, AV fully equips the public with everything they need in switching to a vegan lifestyle. Truth, compassion, and education are the foundation on which a vegan world will be built.
